Glasses warranty

We strive at Ain + to provide quality products at a competitive price, so our products are carefully selected.

We are very flexible in dealing with orders that have a manufacturing defect, so we offer a one-year warranty. Although eyeglass products are like other products subject to damage and accidents, the warranty will cover manufacturing defects that may occur in the products.

If a manufacturing defect is found, the glasses will be replaced with the same model. If there is no defect, we will contact you to choose other glasses at the same price.

Here are some tips to keep your glasses looking good for a long time:

• Wash it with lukewarm water and you can put a little soap.
• Use a clean cloth and make sure there are no dust residues on the lens or the cleaning cloth to avoid scratching it.
• Place it in its own box when not in use.
• Do not expose it to heat such as a hair dryer.
• Do not leave it in direct sunlight or inside the car in the summer, especially on the car dashboard.
• It is preferable not to place it on the hair of the head to avoid stretching or scratching.
