Exchange and Return Policy – Eyeglasses

At Eyeglasses, we make sure that the customer is satisfied with their choice, and if the product does not suit you for any reason, we will serve you and try to find a suitable solution for you.


Replacement:

  • You have the right to request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We help you choose an alternative that is closer to your taste or size.

Replacement mechanism:

  • One replacement request is processed per order.
  • The replacement will be shipped after the product is received, or after coordination with customer service depending on the situation.
  • In case of an error on our part or a defect in the product:
  • We bear all the costs.
  • If you wish to change:
  • Shipping fees apply.

retrieval

  • Available within 7 days of receipt.
  • This is done after receiving the product and checking its condition.

How to retrieve:

  • Cash on delivery: The amount is refunded as store credit.
  • Electronic payment: The amount will be refunded to the same payment method.

The refund period is from 1 to 14 working days depending on the bank.


Important notes

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • It is not acceptable if there are scratches, damage, or missing accessories.
  • Discounted products:
  • Exchange only, no cash refund.
  • Custom-made eyeglasses:
  • Its details are checked before implementation, and it is only retrieved in case of an error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the request is not received:
  • Shipping and return fees are deducted.
