Terms and conditions for exchange and return
We thank you for your trust and shopping in Ayoun. We aspire and strive to meet your requirements. We also ask you to follow the following instructions.
- Customers have the right to exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition completely and that it has not been used and that all belongings are attached within the shipment and that the original envelope is not damaged.
The customer has the right to return ready-made and unequipped contact lenses or reading glasses at the request of the customer in the event of a defect or manufacturing defect, or if it was sent by mistake from the store without what the customer requested.
- The customer must confirm the sizes and details before completing the order, otherwise he must pay any costs resulting from the exchange and return of shipping, delivery and other expenses.
- The customer has the right to return his order at his request, but the value of the additions he requested will be deducted from it, for example, but not limited to hard lenses, adding colors or specifications at the request of the customer.
- Refunds if the related terms and conditions apply.
- In the event that the payment was upon receipt, the amount will be credited to your account with the store.
- In the event of payment by card, the amount will be returned to your account.
In both cases, after confirming the authenticity of the product and all its accessories, the necessary action will be taken.
- We apologize for returning - contact lenses - due to their sensitivity, unless they have a manufacturing defect or were sent without the request written by the customer, so the customer must be confirmed before ordering.

Replacement
- We guarantee the replacement of shipments, or a maximum of 25 riyals for each request that has a technical or manufacturing defect, or an incorrect shipment.
-When we receive the product to be returned, we will check it, and we will contact you and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the exchange.
If the exchange is not accepted, we will re-ship it to you.
- When replacing, the customer bears the shipping and re-shipping fees, whether the products include shipping, free of charge, or paid by the customer, or when he wishes to exchange, after we receive the replacement request, we will coordinate with one of our shipping companies to receive your products.

In the event that there is a shipping company that ships with: 15 riyals shipping, then the return price of the shipment will be 15 riyals, so that the total will be 30 riyals
Discounted goods or offers
Discounted or offered goods cannot be refunded.
- It can be exchanged for another product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- In the case of some offers, such as buying a specific number of pieces to have a discount, for example, but not limited to (buy two products and get the third or fourth product, etc., at a specific price or discount), the exchange will take place, and in the event of a request for a refund, the pieces will be calculated without the offer.

Return shipments
